All clients have access to:

• $35 Credit: You and anyone you refer (for any service) each get a $35 credit.

Exclusive to RMC’s:

• $100 Cash: Recurring maintenance clients (RMC’s) earn $100 cash for EVERY neighbor they refer onto recurring maintenance.
• $250 Cash: Top referrer in each half of 2025 wins an additional $250!

In first place

Noel Madsen: Currently Noel is in the lead for the most referrals made during the second half of 2025 with 2 referrals made! If this is the case by the end of 12/31/25 Noel will win our $250 CASH PRIZE!

In second place

Four-way tie: Court, Matt, Brad & Wendy and Joe & Mary are all tied for second place for our $250 CASH PRIZE with one referral made.

In third place:

Everyone else: All 581 current Recurring Maintenance Clients (RMCs) are tied in second place with zero referrals made during the second half of this year. Good news is, if you are a RMC you only have to refer 3 friends or family onto recurring maintenance to win our cash prize as things stand.

First Half of 2025 Winner

Being a relatively newer client having only signed up February of this year, Jayson earned himself a total of $555 worth of rewards for his referrals!

Here’s how:

1. Jayson referred 3 people meaning he and the persons he referred each earned a $35 credit to their accounts. 3 times $35 equals $105 in earned credit
2. Two of the people he referred were neighbors who signed up for recurring maintenance. He earned $100 for each neighbor that signed up for recurring maintenance coming out to $200 cash from those 2 referrals
3. Lastly, Jayson earned an ADDITIONAL $250 CASH by winning our Referral Program Contest by making the most RMC referrals during the first half of 2025

All in all, Jayson earned $105 in credit and $450 in CASH for the 3 referrals he made during the first half of 2025

Second Half of 2024 Winner

Lea became a recurring maintenance client of ours in May of 2024. Ever since then she has been an amazing client to work with. Even though she only signed up almost halfway through 2024, Lea was quick to refer us to anyone and everyone who might need a better yard care provider. By September of 2024, Lea already had referred someone, onto recurring maintenance!

Now if you aren’t aware, when there is a tie for the most referrals made during the Referral Program Contest period, Ivan from The Yard Experts team goes live on Instagram to do raffle. During that live raffle, Ivan draws one person at random to break the tie and become the winner of our CASH PRIZE! This was the case for the this Referral Program Contest period where we had a SEVEN-WAY TIE!

The lucky winner, as you already know, was our lovely client Lea!

First Half of 2024 Winner

A client since 2023, Tom himself became a recurring maintenance client after being referred by his neighbor’s Bill & Jacque, who are also long-time clients of ours. During the spring of 2024, Tom followed in the footsteps of his fellow neighbors and referred his neighbor Gary onto Monthly Maintenance.

Tom was one of 4 other recurring maintenance clients to make 1 referral during the first half of 2024. This means Ivan went live on Instagram to do a live raffle and break the 4-way tie. Subsequently, Tom was the winner of the live raffle and he won the cash prize.

When we reached out to Tom to reward him his reward for winning our Referral Program Contest, he was out of state and was going to be for a while. For that reason, we sent him his check through the mail and he was able to send us a photo with a business card of ours and his check.
