So, What Does “Bill Per Man Hour” Mean?
“Bill Per Man Hour” simply means that we charge based on the total amount of time our crew members spend working on your yard.
For example:
- If a three-man crew works for one hour, you’ll be billed for three man-hours.
- If that same crew works for 20 minutes, you’ll be billed for one man-hour.
This system keeps everything fair, clear, and efficient, ensuring you only pay for the time it actually takes to get your yard looking great.
Different Services, Different Rates
Each of our services has its own per man-hour rate depending on the type of work involved.
Here’s how it breaks down:
- Initial Clean Ups: $65 per man-hour
- Bi-Weekly Maintenance: $50 per man-hour
- Monthly Maintenance: $55 per man-hour
- Bi-Monthly Maintenance: $60 per man-hour
Our per man-hour pricing ensures that both smaller and larger yards are billed proportionally based on the actual amount of work completed.
When You Might See a Flat Fee
In some cases, you’ll notice an additional flat fee on top of your per man-hour rate.
This usually applies when there are materials or disposal costs involved.
For example:
- Initial Clean Ups may include a disposal fee that would depend on the amount of debris needs to be hauled away.
- Planting services may include a flat fee for the plants themselves, while the labor is still billed per man-hour.
These flat fees are always discussed up front so there are no surprises on your final invoice.
