  Our Per-Man-Hour (PMH) rate for an Initial Clean Up is $65 PMH + Disposal Fee (Per-Man-Hour means the amount of time it takes each team member to complete your service. For example, if a 3-man crew takes 1 hour to complete your Clean Up, your service will be 3 man-hours or $195 + Disposal Fee).
