Gilbert Yard Maintenance FAQs

• How do I sign up for recurring maintenance?

  To begin recurring maintenance, all you need is to accept your Initial Clean Up and Maintenance estimates. To receive a maintenance estimate, just take current photos of your yard and send them to 480.987.6110 or office@theyardexperts.com along with some info about what you’re looking for. Using these photos, we will send you you estimate within 1 business day.

• What is an Initial Clean Up?

  An Initial Clean Up is typically required to begin any recurring maintenance schedule. It is the first service we do to get your yard up to our standard to begin receiving recurring maintenance. You can think of it as us “onboarding” your yard. An Initial Clean Up may not be required if you are either switching from another maintenance provider to us or if you currently maintain your yard up to our standard.

• What are your rates?

  Most of our services are billed using Bill Per-Man-Hour (BPMH). All this means is that we charge according to the amount of time it takes to service your yard. Click here to watch the video up above and learn more about BPMH. Initial Clean Ups are $65 PMH + a disposal fee that depends on the amount of debris we will remove. Bi-Weekly Maintenance is $50 PMH, Monthly Maintenance $55 PMH and Bi-Monthly Maintenance $60 PMH.

• Are contracts or long-term commitments required?

  No! All you need to begin recurring maintenance is to get an Initial Clean Up and you can cancel at any time with no fees. However, if you wish to restart recurring maintenance at a later date you will have to schedule another Initial Clean Up if it has been over 2 months since your last maintenance service.
