A Stunning Yard Transformation in “Just” 29 Man-Hours

This month’s featured yard transformation was a big one and a reminder that not all “maintenance” is equal.

When Raul & Ivan arrived earlier in the week to provide an assessment of this yard, they were shocked to hear that it had been receiving weekly maintenance from another company for years… but as you’ll see in the video, the results weren’t exactly cutting it. Very overgrown bushes, thick layers of debris, and out-of-control weeds made it clear this home needed serious attention.

From Overgrown to Outstanding

We initially estimated 25 man-hours for the project, enough for three crew members to spend over 8 hours servicing the property. However, once we got started, we realized just how much detail and care this front & backyard needed. By the end, it took 29 total man-hours to fully bring the yard up to our standard.

Our team:

• Trimmed and shaped all plants as needed 

• Heavily cut back very overgrown bushes

• Trimmed and cleaned up the bottom of trees and removed all suckers (small branch growth low on tree trunks)

• Trimmed and cleaned up overgrown ground cover plants in front yard

• Mowed and edged the grass

• Removed larger weeds and sprayed smaller ones

• Raked and refreshed the rock

• Power blew the entire yard

• Cleared and hauled away all debris

Ongoing Bi-Weekly Maintenance Moving Forward
